Fueling imagination in the classroom
When Nesta started out on their mission to give all school students the opportunity to access the latest technology, they approached us to pick our brains on how to take their ideas forward.
Ideas Made led a series of workshops to investigate the problems schools have, define the desired customer experience, evaluate suitable technology options and roadmap a potential way to test the idea. Nesta were able to work with an existing crowdfunding platform to quickly launch an MVP - Rocket Fund is now a successful startup in the ed-tech sector, helping teachers get the latest hardware and software into classrooms.
Their crowdfunding MVP, a platform for Schools to raise money to buy tech products received great feedback so they came back to us to help launch the second product on the roadmap, Fizz Tank, a review site for teachers to view and contribute product ratings and a community based marketplace to find, buy and use products.
